Rebus santan dan daun pandan dengan api kecil, aduk terus agar tidak pecah sampai matang. Setelah matang biarkan sejenak, ambil bagian atasnya/patinya sebanyak 50 ml beri sejumput kecil garam untuk dipakai olesan saat memasak surabi. Sisihkan sampai santan hangat.

Campur semua bahan kering...masukkan santan secara perlahan dan pasta pandan secukupnya aduk dengan menggunakan whisk sampai adonan menyatu sempurna. Diamkan selama +- 1 jam.

Panaskan teflon dengan api kecil, masak adonan dengan takaran sendok sayur dan tutup, setelah agak mateng buka tutupnya olesi surabi dengan pati santan tutup kembali masak sampai benar2 mateng. Setelah mateng angkat dan gulung surabi dengan daun pisang. 🤗😍HOW TO MAKE SURABIIngredients :For 9 pieces
- 100 g of wheat flour
- 20 g of flour
- 450 ml thick coconut milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1/2 tbsp of instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder
- 2 pieces of pandanus leaf, tie the knot
- Pandanus pasta according to your taste
Step- Boil coconut milk and pandanus leaf with low heat, stir so that not broke until cooked. After that, let it a few minutes. Take the top or starch as much 50 ml, give a pinch of salt for smear to cook surabi. Set aside until the coconut milk is warm.
