Resep Lodho Ayam





Bahan-bahan

untuk 6 porsi
  1. 1 ekor ayam,dibelah dua jangan sampai putus
  2. secukupnya Garam
  3. 8 butir bawang merah

  4. 3 siung bawang putih
  5. 1/2 sendok teh ketumbar butiran
  6. 5 butir kemiri
  7. 2 cm kunyit
  8. 2 lembar daun salam
  9. 1 tangkai serai,dimemarkan
  10. 1 ruas jahe,dimemarkan
  11. 3 lembar daun jeruk
  12. 100 cc santan kental

Langkah

  1. Haluskan bawang merah,bawang putih,kemiri,ketumbar dan kunyit.tumis bersama salam,serai,jahe,daun jeruk.tuangkan santan.aduk rata.
  2. Masukan ayam.biarkan diatas api kecil selama 10 menit.lalu keluarkan ayam dan bakar.
  3. Selama dibakar,ayam harus selalu diolesi adonan santan tadi.
  4. Sajikan ayam panas- panas bersama lalap.dan masakan siap dihidangkan..





HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN LODHO


Ingredients
  1. chicken (halved into two pieces and don't break up)
  2. Salt according to your taste
  3. 8 pieces of red onion
  4. 3 pieces of garlic
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of coriander
  6. 5 pieces of candlenut
  7. 2 cm of turmeric
  8. 2 pieces of bay leaf
  9. lemongrass, crush
  10. ginger, crush
  11. 3 pieces of lime leaf
  12. 100 cc of coconut milk
Step
  1. Mash the red onion, garlic, candlenut, coriander, and turmeric. Saute with bay leaf, lemongrass, ginger, lime leaf. Pour the coconut milk. Stir
  2. Put the chicken. Let it on top of low heat until 10 minute. Then take the chicken and grill.
  3. During grilling, the chicken must always basting the dough of coconut milk
  4. Serve the chicken while hot with vegetables. And the dish ready to serve.
