Resep Tahu Kupat









Bahan-bahan

  1. secukupnya ketupat
  2. mi kuning basah
  3. tahu putih digoreng

  4. bakwan sayur
  5. toge rebus
  6. secukupnya kacang tanah goreng
  7. secukupnya kol mentah
  8. Kuah:
  9. kecap
  10. gula merah
  11. bawang putih
  12. cabai
  13. penyedap rasa

Langkah

  1. Rebus air sampai mendidih tambahkan bawang putih geprek, kecap manis, gula merah, garam, dan perasa secukupnya.
  2. Potong sesuai selera ketupat, tahu goreng, bakwan goreng secukupnya.
  3. Siapkan pula toge rebus,mi kuning basah yg sdh di rebus sebentar,kacang goreng dan irisan daun seledri.
  4. Untuk penyajian siapkan piring, gerus cabe rawit mentah dan bawang putih sedikit lalu semua bahan yg sdh dipotong potong dan siram dengan kuah kecap.

    HOW TO MAKE TAHU KUPAT

    Ingredients
    1. Ketupat according to your taste
    2. Yellow noodle
    3. Tahu. fry it
    4. Vegetable bakwan
    5. Bean sprouts, boil
    6. Peanut according to your taste, fry it
    7. Raw cabbage according to your taste
    8. Soup :
    9. Soy sauce
    10. Brown sugar
    11. Garlic
    12. Chili
    13. Seasoning
    Step
    1. Heat the water until boil, add garlic has been crush, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and seasoning according to your taste.
    2. Cut the ketupat according to your taste, fried tahu, fried bakwan
    3. Prepare the bean sprouts has been boil, yellow noodle has been boil a few minutes, fried peanut and pieces of celery
    4. For serving, prepare the plate, crush the raw cayenne and little garlic then all the ingredients has ben cut. Flush with soy sauce soup.
