Resep Opor Ayam Pedas

RESEP OPOR AYAM PEDAS BESERTA BAHASA INGGRIS



Hai para pecinta kuliner! Kali ini saya akan berbagi resep yang mempunyai ciri khas santan dan ayam, yaitu opor ayam. Masakan ini merupakan masakan populer di daerah Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur. Selamat mencoba!

Bahan-bahan

  1. 1/2 kg ayam potong, (rebus sebentar buang air nya)
  2. 1-2 kotak tahu (potong2 persegi, goreng setengah matang)
  3. Bumbu Halus

  4. 12 siung bawang merah
  5. 6 siung bawang putih
  6. 10 buah cabe rawit
  7. 3 buah cabe merah besar
  8. 7 butir kemiri
  9. 1 ruas kencur
  10. 1 ruas jahe
  11. 1 ruas kunyit

  12. 1/2 sdt ketumbar bubuk
  13. secukupnya merica bubuk
  14. sedikit pala (parut)
  15. 2 sdm jinten (optional)
  16. Bahan Tambahan
  17. 1 ruas lengkuas (geprek)
  18. 2 lmbr daun salam
  19. 2 lmbr daun jeruk purut
  20. 2 btg sereh (geprek)
  21. 500 ml santan kental
  22. secukupnya gulgar
  23. secukupnya penyedap rasa
  24. secukupnya bawang merah goreng untuk taburan (me, lupa g pake🙈)

Langkah

  1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus bersama lengkuas, sereh, daun salam, daun jeruk sampai harum. Masukkan ayam, ratakan dengan bumbu aduk terus -+3-5 menit
  2. Tambahkan air masukkan tahu, biarkan hingga ayam empuk & air menyusut
  3. Masukkan santan 20 menit sebelum matang, aduk perlahan jangan sampai santan pecah tunggu hingga menyusut & ayam dirasa matang sempurna. Tambahkan gulgar & penyedap rasa, koreksi rasa & tingkat kematangan
  4. Jika sudah matang. Angkat & sajikan dengan lontong atau nasi, Jangan lupa atasnya beri taburan bawang merah goreng ya biar makin sedap..😍


    HOW TO MAKE SPICY CHICKEN OPOR

    Ingredients
    1. 1/2 kg of cut chicken (boil a few minutes and throw the water)
    2. 1-2 box of tahu (cut with square size, fry rather cooked)
    3. Ground spices
    4. 12 pieces of red onion
    5. 6 pieces of garlic
    6. 10 pieces of cayenne
    7. 3 pieces of red big chili
    8. 7 pieces of candlenut
    9. 1 piece of cutchery
    10. 1 piece of ginger
    11. 1 piece of turmeric
    12. 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
    13. Chili powder according to your taste
    14. Nutmeg according to your taste (grate)
    15. 2 tbsp of cumin (optional)
    16. Complementary ingredient
    17. 1 piece of galangal (crush)
    18. 2 pieces of bay leaf
    19. 2 pieces of lime leaf
    20. 2 pieces of lemongrass (crush)
    21. 500 ml of coconut milk
    22. Sugar and salt according to your taste
    23. Seasoning according to your taste
    24. Fried onion according to your taste

    Step 
    1. Heat the oil, saute the ground spices with galangal, lemongrass, bay leaf, lime leaf until fragrant. Put the chicken, mix with spices stir approximately 3-5 minutes.
    2. Add the water, put the tahu, let until the chicken smoke and the water shrink.
    3. Put the coconut milk 20 minutes before the dish cooked, stir smoothly, don't make the coconut milk broken. Wait until shrink and the chicken cooked perfect. Add sugar, salt, and seasoning, tasting and level of cooked.
    4. If the dish cooked. Lift and serve with lontong or rice. Don't forget to give sprinkle of fried onion.
