Hai para pecinta kuliner! Kali ini saya akan berbagi resep yang mempunyai ciri khas santan dan ayam, yaitu opor ayam. Masakan ini merupakan masakan populer di daerah Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur. Selamat mencoba!
Bahan-bahan

1/2 kg ayam potong, (rebus sebentar buang air nya)

1-2 kotak tahu (potong2 persegi, goreng setengah matang)

Bumbu Halus
-
6 siung bawang putih
-
10 buah cabe rawit
-
3 buah cabe merah besar
-
7 butir kemiri
-
1 ruas kencur
-
1 ruas jahe
-
1 ruas kunyit
-
1/2 sdt ketumbar bubuk -
secukupnya merica bubuk
-
sedikit pala (parut)
-
2 sdm jinten (optional)
-
Bahan Tambahan
-
1 ruas lengkuas (geprek)
-
2 lmbr daun salam
-
2 lmbr daun jeruk purut
-
2 btg sereh (geprek)
-
500 ml santan kental
-
secukupnya gulgar
-
secukupnya penyedap rasa
-
secukupnya bawang merah goreng untuk taburan (me, lupa g pake🙈)
Langkah

Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus bersama lengkuas, sereh, daun salam, daun jeruk sampai harum. Masukkan ayam, ratakan dengan bumbu aduk terus -+3-5 menit

Tambahkan air masukkan tahu, biarkan hingga ayam empuk & air menyusut

Masukkan santan 20 menit sebelum matang, aduk perlahan jangan sampai santan pecah tunggu hingga menyusut & ayam dirasa matang sempurna. Tambahkan gulgar & penyedap rasa, koreksi rasa & tingkat kematangan

Jika sudah matang. Angkat & sajikan dengan lontong atau nasi, Jangan lupa atasnya beri taburan bawang merah goreng ya biar makin sedap..😍
HOW TO MAKE SPICY CHICKEN OPOR
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg of cut chicken (boil a few minutes and throw the water)
- 1-2 box of tahu (cut with square size, fry rather cooked)
- Ground spices
- 12 pieces of red onion
- 6 pieces of garlic
- 10 pieces of cayenne
- 3 pieces of red big chili
- 7 pieces of candlenut
- 1 piece of cutchery
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 piece of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
- Chili powder according to your taste
- Nutmeg according to your taste (grate)
- 2 tbsp of cumin (optional)
- Complementary ingredient
- 1 piece of galangal (crush)
- 2 pieces of bay leaf
- 2 pieces of lime leaf
- 2 pieces of lemongrass (crush)
- 500 ml of coconut milk
- Sugar and salt according to your taste
- Seasoning according to your taste
- Fried onion according to your taste
Step- Heat the oil, saute the ground spices with galangal, lemongrass, bay leaf, lime leaf until fragrant. Put the chicken, mix with spices stir approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Add the water, put the tahu, let until the chicken smoke and the water shrink.
- Put the coconut milk 20 minutes before the dish cooked, stir smoothly, don't make the coconut milk broken. Wait until shrink and the chicken cooked perfect. Add sugar, salt, and seasoning, tasting and level of cooked.
- If the dish cooked. Lift and serve with lontong or rice. Don't forget to give sprinkle of fried onion.
